These requirements can vary from having extensions on the parts that will deflash easily and consistently to a .002 maximum extension on parts coming directly from the mold.

Our type of tooling is efficient for both low or high volume parts. If you need a quality part that has fragile areas or edges, our style of molds offer a quality advantage by not requiring aggressive deflashing. The flash control allows many parts to be shipped directly after molding, eliminating costly time consuming secondary operations.
