|Our expertise is in the design and building of inserted flashless rubber molds. The first 20 years of our business was dedicated to this style of tooling. With our present size and the experience of our employees, we offer precision compression molds, injection style molds, liquid injection molds with open nozzle or valve gate nozzle, valve gate molds for high consistency materials such as EPDM, FKM, Vamac, etc., cold-runner decks, split-ring molds and hot or cold transfer pots. We have also expanded our product line to include specialized products such as press tables and heating or cooling tables. We typically do not build cut-in-plate type tooling, unless an existing customer has a specific project that requires special needs. We take pride in our ability to work with special development projects with our customers. Working together, we are able to complete projects that meet or exceed our customers goals and expectations.
You may have had earlier experiences with flashless type molds and had less than desirable results. Our experience and commitment to excellence will enable you to profitably mold existing parts and successfully add new business that was out of reach without flashless. The major difference is the expertise and services we offer that other mold vendors do not have. If you are involved with these types of precision rubber parts, give us a call to see what we can do together to improve your quality and bottom line.
Turnkey Projects: The word turnkey can be interpreted many different ways. For some it means placing an order and waiting for the press and mold to arrive. This approach often yields anxiety, disappointment and missed deadlines for everyone. Our experience shows that to be truly successful, all of the involved parties need to actively participate and take ownership of the project. We have a proven track record of working in harmony with our customers, press and automation companies to achieve “turnkey” success. Working together, we are able to complete projects that meet or exceed our customers’ goals and expectations. Our successes include shipping the mold to the press company for trials and final run offs as well as bringing the press and automation to our facility for mold installation, process development and final run offs.
